The supremely durable, chrome plated, impact resistant case features a rubber overmould that provides fantastic levels protection as well as a an ergonomic grip. The case also features a a solid, positive feeling blade locking mechanism and a robust belt clip to keep your investment secure at all times. The advanced mechanism delivers a super-smooth operation that makes this tape a pleasure to use.
At 27mm wide, the 5m/16ft long blade delivers superior levels of standout/blade extension making this the ideal tape for those measuring longer distances single handedly. Both metric and imperial markings are printed along the high-visibility blade (ideal for working in lower light/dirty conditions) with the blade markings repeated on the underside of the tape for vertical measurements.
The markings are protected by a layer of Nura-NY Nylon coating which provides up to 15 times the protection of your average pocket tape. This helps to minimise the effect of abrasion on the markings, thereby prolonging the life of the tool. As with all Komelon pocket tapes the Power Blade is guaranteed as accurate to EC Class II standards.
